Remember Who You Are
Your identity is who God says you are, as declared in the word of God. It strengthens you and makes you unique. You are marked with the blood of Jesus and are not just a nobody; you are a child of God!

Developing a mature, vibrant Christian life is God’s expectation of every believer. Just like a parent expects their child to grow to maturity and not remain, babies all their lifetime. God expects us to grow spiritually. When we grow and mature spiritually, we can understand God’s purposes better and understand the values of life from God’s point of view and choose them over other values competing for our time and pursuit.
Christians need to rediscover what really matters; Christ Jesus! They need to develop a working intimacy with Him based on true knowledge of Him and knowing His love for us so we too can love Him. That love for Him will make Him our priority in life, not what we get from Him but who He is. If we build a relationship with Him based on our love for Him, even when things do not line up, we will still love Him, because we love Him for who He is!!!
So, we can easily deduce that God pours His Spirit upon us so we can be witnesses of the death, and resurrection of Christ. It enables us to preach the gospel of forgiveness and reconciliation between man and God made possible solely by the sacrifice on the cross.
The word is a seed. It is alive, it contains life. If we want this seed to produce, it must be planted in our hearts by speaking and meditating on the word. Once it is planted, it will grow. Will it take some time? Sure, it will! Many nights and days may come and go without any visible change but the seed (word of God) is working underground.
The new life is eternal life. The very life of our Lord Jesus has been given to us by his presence in us. Every believer has Christ in them and also has the life of Christ.
Christianity is an entirely spiritual experience. Many Christians live and operate in the carnal realm. They see everything simply as the natural senses interpret them. This lifestyle locks them up in the natural realm and makes them totally forget the world of the Spirit and by extension the reality of the kingdom of God. When your natural senses have the ascendancy and control your thinking, it blocks you from seeing the spiritual realities and accessing them.
It is very important to know that Christianity is purely a spiritual experience. One can only get born again by believing the gospel. The life of God is received by believing God’s word. The life you received when you got born again wasn’t a natural experience even though your physical body remained the same.
Through the death, burial, and resurrection of our Lord Jesus, God has provided us with all we need for life and godliness. Every human problem has an answer in what the Lord Jesus died and paid in full for us to have. Therefore, we are complete in Christ! This post will be exploring three of the main roadblocks that hinder Christians from experiencing or living out the complete blessings made available to all through Christ.
God wants the very best for us. We are the objects of His love. God’s purpose is to take you from slavery to sonship. Living by the rules and laws of the world takes you back to slavery, so it is important that you live by faith. Becoming like Christ brings about freedom from the bondage of the old man.
